A Day in Quiapo

Everyone can visit anytime time of the day and any day of the week but every Friday of the year is known as "Quiapo Day". My friend and I was able to visit Quiapo yesterday to pay our respect to the Black Nazarene .
Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene (informally as Quiapo Church) is located at Plaza Miranda along Quezon Boulevard, Manila, and home to the life-sized image of the Black Nazarene.

Praying together.
Wishing together.
Asking for forgiveness together.
Asking for help together.

It's a PERFECT PLACE to share your happiness with your Friends and Family.

Side of the Church
Candles
The candles were not only used for prayer offerings but as well as for one’s wishes.  The candles have different colors which stand for particular aspect of one’s life.

WHITE - PURITY
RED - OFFERING FOR FAMILIES
BLUE - PEACE OF MIND
PINK - LOVE
GREEN - FINANCIAL
PEACH - STUDIES
VIOLET - MATERIAL WEALTH
BROWN - GOOD FORTUNE
BLACK - CONSCIENCE

Multicolored candles are also sell in bundles for 20 pesos.
